Incoming fabric
Weight, stretch, shade, and defects are checked when fabric arrives — before it reaches the cutting table.
Every garment passes fabric, construction, and packing checks before it leaves Sialkot. We catch issues in-line so bulk stays consistent with the approved sample.
Bulk is measured against the signed-off pre-production sample — fabric weight, stitch type, print placement, labels, and finish. If it is not on the sample, it does not ship as a surprise.
That keeps clubs, schools, and private label programs aligned from first bulk through reorders.
Weight, stretch, shade, and defects are checked when fabric arrives — before it reaches the cutting table.
Tech packs, size sets, and print proofs are verified so cutting markers match the approved fit.
Flatlock strength, SPI, pocket placement, and trim alignment are audited during sewing — not only at the end.
Color, registration, wash durability, and stitch density are checked against the approved artwork.
Measurements, appearance, and function are reviewed against the sample before pressing and packing.
Labels, hangtags, barcodes, and carton marks are verified so shipments arrive retail-ready.
