Performance basketball fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the uniform is a match set, reversible set, warm-up piece, or team apparel order. A game jersey, short, reversible, and warm-up should not all be produced from the same material without reviewing opacity, stretch, and airflow.
We work with lightweight polyester mesh, bird-eye, interlock polyester, micro mesh, and recycled performance materials from 120–220 GSM. Fabric is selected according to breathability, drape, durability, opacity, and how the number or graphic will be applied.

Breathability and moisture management
Basketball uniforms need airflow through fast movement, repeated substitutions, and extended tournament play. Fabric that traps heat or holds moisture can make a set feel heavy and uncomfortable.
We use moisture-wicking and quick-dry fabrics for games and training. Mesh ventilation zones can be added where airflow is needed, while keeping high-stress areas strong enough for court use.

Durability and number construction
Basketball uniforms go through stretching, contact, washing, and frequent use. Weak seams, poor number placement, or decoration that does not suit mesh can create peeling, distortion, or mismatched bulk pieces.
To improve durability, we use reinforced seams, double-needle stitching, stretch-thread, and construction methods suited to the selected number application. Numbers, measurements, sublimation, and stitching are checked before packing.

Basketball fit engineering
A basketball uniform has to move through shooting, running, jumping, and defensive movement without pulling at the shoulder, waist, or short opening. Fit also needs to stay consistent across youth, women's, and custom team sizing.
We develop professional, regular, youth, women's, and custom team sizing. Youth and women's patterns are graded on their own blocks rather than simply reducing the men's fit.

The graphic is printed into the fabric so it can move with lightweight mesh, bird-eye, interlock, or micro mesh without cracking.
Team branding
Embroidered logos, woven badges, silicone emblems, tackle twill numbering, and heat-applied graphics can be placed on jerseys, shorts, reversibles, and warm-ups. Fabric compatibility, seam allowance, number size, and attachment method are reviewed so the branding holds through a season.
Private label development
Neck labels, woven labels, care labels, size labels, player personalization, hangtags, barcode stickers, branded packaging, and retail-ready presentation can be added for basketball apparel brands and teamwear suppliers. Finalizing these during sampling keeps bulk production moving without trim delays.
Custom team identity
