We make pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies, oversized streetwear styles, and gym hoodies to your tech pack in Cotton-Poly Fleece, French Terry, Organic Cotton, Brushed Fleece, Heavyweight Cotton, or performance blends, 280–500 GSM, with sample approval before bulk.

Hoodie fabrics and GSM
The fabric specification depends on whether the hoodie is for sportswear, lifestyle, gym, or heavyweight streetwear. A lightweight gym hoodie and a 500 GSM streetwear drop should not be developed from the same fabric standard.
We work with Cotton-Poly Fleece, French Terry, Organic Cotton, Brushed Fleece, Heavyweight Cotton, and performance fabric blends from 280–500 GSM. Fabric is selected based on hand feel, warmth, drape, print method, and the intended silhouette.

Comfort and performance features
Hoodies are judged by how the fabric feels after wear and wash. Pilling, shrinking, rib distortion, and poor breathability can make a sample feel different from bulk production.
We can build with brushed interiors, moisture-management finishes, thermal insulation, anti-pilling treatments, and breathable constructions where required. These details are specified before sampling so the approved sample becomes the bulk reference.

Stitching, rib, and shape retention
Hoodies are stressed at the shoulders, hood seam, cuffs, hem, kangaroo pocket, and zipper areas. Weak stitching or poor rib quality can make cuffs bag out and pockets distort after washing.
Construction can include reinforced shoulder seams, double-needle stitching, cover stitching, bartack reinforcements, and ribbed trims. Pockets, cuffs, hood shape, and GSM consistency are checked against the approved sample.

Fit and hoodie construction
The fit depends on the intended use: regular, oversized, relaxed, athletic, or heavyweight streetwear. Hood size, sleeve shape, pocket placement, cuff width, and hem finish all affect how the hoodie wears.
We develop pullover hoodies, zip-up hoodies, oversized styles, gym hoodies, and heavyweight blocks from your tech pack. The approved sample becomes the production reference for bulk measurements and construction.

Screen printing and graphic branding
Screen print, puff print, discharge print, reflective graphics, silicone transfer, high-density logos, sleeve graphics, back prints, and chest marks can be developed for fleece and French Terry. Each method is matched to the fabric surface and wash target so the graphic does not crack, sink, or feel wrong for the garment.
Embroidery and decoration
Flat embroidery, 3D embroidery, chenille patches, woven badges, appliqué, decorative stitch, and tonal branding can be used where the fabric weight and seam allowance can hold the stitch without pulling. Placement is reviewed around pockets, hood seams, cuffs, and chest panels before bulk.
Private label development
Woven neck labels, heat-transfer labels, branded drawcords, zipper pullers, hangtags, size labels, care labels, barcode stickers, folding method, polybags, and retail packaging can be set to your brand guidelines. These trims should be approved at sampling so bulk is not waiting on label decisions.
Fabric washes and color development
Garment dyeing, enzyme washing, vintage treatments, acid wash, pigment dyeing, Pantone matching, contrast panels, rib color matching, and sustainable fabric alternatives can be developed around your hoodie program. The final piece is built as your style, not a stock hoodie with a logo added.
