We make performance tank tops, gym stringers, racerback tanks, and athletic singlets to your tech pack in Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, Cotton-Poly, Tri-Blend, Recycled Polyester, or lightweight performance fabrics, 120–220 GSM, with sample approval before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Tank top fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the style is a performance tank, gym stringer, racerback tank, athletic singlet, or lifestyle tank. A gym stringer and a running tank should not share the same armhole, stretch, or opacity assumptions.
We work with Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, Cotton-Poly blends, Tri-Blends, Recycled Polyester, and lightweight performance fabrics from 120–220 GSM. Fabric is selected according to breathability, stretch, opacity, armhole shape, and intended use.

Performance and airflow
Tank tops need to manage heat through open armholes, strap areas, and lightweight fabrics. Poor fabric selection can cause sheerness, twisting straps, or uncomfortable chafing during training.
We can build with moisture-wicking, quick-dry, anti-odor, UV protection, and breathable mesh constructions where required. Performance features are selected according to training, running, gym, or lifestyle use.

Armhole and seam construction
Tank tops are stressed at the armhole, strap, neckline, and hem. Armhole edges need to resist rolling, chafing, and splitting, especially on racerbacks and stringers.
Construction can include flatlock stitching, reinforced seams, cover stitching, bound armholes, and ergonomic panels. Armhole, strap, measurements, stitching, and print placement are checked during QC.

Fit and mobility engineering
Tank fit depends on armhole depth, strap width, chest coverage, racerback shape, body length, and intended silhouette. These details need to be developed in the pattern before bulk production.
We develop athletic, regular, slim, relaxed, and oversized silhouettes, including racerback, gym stringer, and athletic singlet constructions.
