Polos that keep the collar, placket, and embroidery you approved.
A polo can look right in photos and still fail in wear when the collar collapses, the placket twists, or embroidery pulls the piqué out of shape. We build performance polos, golf polos, corporate uniforms, and teamwear polos to your tech pack in Cotton Piqué, Cotton-Poly, Polyester performance fabric, Interlock, Organic Cotton, or Recycled Polyester, 180–280 GSM, then sample the collar, placket, fit, and branding before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Polo fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the polo is for sportswear, corporate uniforms, golf, retail, or promotional use. A golf polo and a corporate uniform may need different structure, breathability, collar behavior, and decoration compatibility.
We work with Cotton Piqué, Cotton-Poly blends, Polyester performance fabrics, Interlock knits, Organic Cotton, and Recycled Polyester from 180–280 GSM. Fabric is selected according to hand feel, collar structure, wash durability, and branding method.
Key points
- 180–280 GSM fabric range for sportswear, golf, corporate, and retail polos
- Cotton Piqué for classic polo texture
- Cotton-Poly and Polyester performance fabrics for active use
- Interlock knits for smoother hand feel
- Organic Cotton and Recycled Polyester available when specified
- Fabric specifications can be matched to your tech pack
Performance and comfort features
Polo shirts often need to move between professional settings and active use. Fabric should manage moisture, hold shape, and remain comfortable through repeated wear.
We can build with moisture-wicking, quick-dry, anti-odor, UV protection, and breathable constructions where required. Performance features are selected according to whether the polo is for golf, uniforms, teamwear, or retail.
Key points
- Moisture-wicking construction for active use
- Quick-dry performance available for sportswear programs
- Anti-odor and UV protection can be specified
- Breathability adjusted by fabric and knit structure
- Features reviewed during sampling before bulk
Collar, placket, and durability
Polo quality is often judged at the collar and placket. Collars that collapse, plackets that twist, or embroidery that pulls the fabric can make bulk production feel different from the sample.
Construction can include reinforced shoulder seams, double-needle stitching, taped neck seams, ribbed collars, and structured plackets. Collar shape, placket alignment, measurements, and embroidery are checked during QC.
Key points
- Ribbed collars and structured plackets available
- Taped neck seams for cleaner construction
- Double-needle stitching where durability is required
- Collar and placket alignment checked before packing
- Bulk construction follows the approved sample
Fit and polo sizing
Polo fit depends on silhouette, sleeve length, shoulder width, collar shape, placket length, and hem finish. These should be developed in the pattern before bulk starts.
We develop classic, slim, athletic, modern, and relaxed fits, with custom collar styles, plackets, sleeve lengths, hem finishes, and sizing based on your tech pack.
Key points
- Classic, slim, athletic, modern, and relaxed fits available
- Custom collar, placket, sleeve, and hem details can be specified
- Women's blocks can be graded separately when required
- Fit is reviewed during sampling
- Approved measurements become the bulk production reference
Customization options
Choose from our full range of decoration techniques to create your signature look.
Embroidery and logo applications
Embroidery, 3D embroidery, tonal embroidery, appliqué logos, woven badges, chest logos, sleeve marks, and corporate branding can be placed where the piqué, interlock, or performance fabric can hold the stitch without pulling. Stitch density and placement are reviewed against the sample.
Printing and performance branding
Screen print, sublimation, heat transfer, silicone logos, reflective branding, specialty print, and small performance marks can be used for sportswear, golf, promotional, and retail collections. Each method is selected according to fabric surface, stretch, and wash requirements.
Private label development
Woven neck labels, care labels, size labels, branded buttons, hangtags, barcode stickers, folded pack-out, polybags, and retail presentation can be set to your brand guidelines. Approving these with the sample helps keep bulk production and packing consistent.
Fabric and color customization
Pantone matching, yarn-dyed fabrics, contrast collars, tipping, custom knit structures, sleeve rib, placket detail, garment washes, and sustainable material options can be developed around your polo program. The polo is yours, not a relabeled stock style.
