MOQ from 10 Pieces | Sampling in 7-10 Business Days | Worldwide Delivery

Sports gloves that keep the grip, stitch, and closure you approved.

Gloves fail where the hand works hardest: palms wear through, grip prints peel, seams open at the thumb, or the wrist closure feels different from the sample. We cut fitness gloves, training gloves, cycling gloves, running gloves, and outdoor gloves to your tech pack using synthetic leather, microfiber suede, neoprene, polyester mesh, spandex, lycra, silicone grip, terry cloth, or reinforced performance fabrics, then approve the sample before bulk.

Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Sports glove materials

Sports glove materials

The material specification depends on whether the glove is for gym training, cycling, running, outdoor sports, compression, or winter training. A cycling palm and a gym palm should not share the same grip, padding, or closure spec.
We work with synthetic leather, microfiber suede, neoprene, polyester mesh, spandex, lycra, silicone grip materials, terry cloth, and reinforced performance fabrics. Materials are combined according to grip, flexibility, abrasion resistance, warmth, and intended sport.

Key points

  • Synthetic leather and microfiber suede for palm durability
  • Neoprene, spandex, and lycra for stretch and fit
  • Polyester mesh for breathability
  • Silicone grip materials for control
  • Terry cloth and reinforced performance fabrics available by design
  • Material combinations can be matched to your tech pack

Grip and performance technology

Grip and performance technology

Grip is the first part of a sports glove buyers notice during use. Poor grip prints, weak padding, or the wrong palm material can reduce control and wear quickly.
We can develop silicone grip patterns, anti-slip palm materials, padded grip zones, shock-absorbing inserts, and ergonomic constructions. Grip layout and palm performance are reviewed during sampling.

Key points

  • Silicone grip patterns can be customized
  • Anti-slip palm materials available for gym or cycling use
  • Padded grip zones and shock-absorbing inserts can be added
  • Palm design matched to sport and use case
  • Grip, logo, and closure checked during QC

Durability and protection

Durability and protection

Sports gloves are stressed at the palm, thumb, seams, wrist closure, and finger openings. Weak materials or poor stitching can cause palms to wear through or seams to open.
Construction can include reinforced palm panels, double stitching, abrasion-resistant materials, impact protection zones, and durable closures. Each component is reviewed against the approved sample before packing.

Key points

  • Reinforced palm panels for high-wear areas
  • Double stitching where extra seam strength is required
  • Abrasion-resistant materials available for outdoor use
  • Impact protection zones can be specified
  • Wrist closures and sizing checked during QC

Comfort and glove fit engineering

Comfort and glove fit engineering

Fit depends on finger length, palm width, stretch panels, closure system, insulation, and whether the glove is full-finger, half-finger, or compression-fit.
We develop full-finger, half-finger, compression-fit, insulated, and sport-specific glove constructions. Breathable mesh panels, stretch materials, and adjustable wrist systems are built into the pattern so the approved size and closure carry into bulk.

Key points

  • Full-finger and half-finger constructions available
  • Compression-fit and insulated options can be developed
  • Breathable mesh and stretch panels can be added
  • Adjustable wrist systems can be specified
  • Approved sizing becomes the production reference

Customization options

Choose from our full range of decoration techniques to create your signature look.

Logo printing and branding

Screen printing, silicone logos, heat transfers, reflective branding, embossed logos, performance graphics, wrist marks, backhand logos, and palm graphics can be developed for gym, cycling, running, outdoor, compression, and winter training gloves. Each method is chosen so the mark holds through use, not just first wear.

Embroidery and premium finishes

Embroidered logos, woven labels, rubber patches, PVC badges, pull tabs, and premium backhand finishes can be used where the panel can hold the stitch or badge without pulling the palm or restricting hand movement.

Private label development

Custom labels, care tags, size labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, instruction cards, pair clips, retail packaging, and branded presentation can be set to your brand guidelines before bulk starts.

Material and color customization

Pantone matching, custom grip patterns, contrast materials, palm reinforcement, specialized padding, closure color, sustainable materials, and sport-specific performance enhancements can be developed so the glove is yours, not a relabeled stock style.

Branding, logistics & shipping

Every order is managed from label printing to your doorstep.

Private label production

Every order can ship with your branded labels, woven tags, packaging, instruction cards, hangtags, barcodes, and retail-ready finishing. Spec this at sampling so bulk isn't waiting on trims.

Quality control and inspection

Each piece is checked before it reaches you, material, grip performance, stitching, sizing, logo application, closure, then an AQL review before packing. The grip, stitch, and closure you approved in sampling are what you get in bulk.

Global logistics

Packed to retailer and distributor spec and shipped through logistics partners. Export documentation included for USA, UK, Australia, and Europe programs.
