Baseball uniforms that keep the placket, twill, and pant you approved.
A baseball uniform has to survive slides, washing, and full-season roster use without the placket pulling open, the twill lifting, or the jersey and pant drifting in color. We solve that by cutting baseball jerseys, pants, practice uniforms, and batting apparel to your tech pack in lightweight polyester mesh, double-knit polyester, stretch woven, bird-eye mesh, or performance knit, 140–280 GSM, then locking the approved construction through a physical sample before bulk production.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for teams, academies, retailers, and sportswear brands in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Baseball uniform fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the order is for button-front game jerseys, pullover jerseys, pants, practice uniforms, or batting apparel. A structured game uniform and a lightweight practice piece should not be cut from the same fabric without checking the use case first.
We work with lightweight polyester mesh, double-knit polyester, stretch woven, bird-eye mesh, and performance knit from 140–280 GSM. Fabric is selected according to breathability, slide resistance, stretch, placket structure, and the level of durability required for the program.
Key points
- 140–280 GSM fabric range for game, practice, and batting applications
- Polyester mesh and bird-eye mesh for breathable jerseys and practice pieces
- Double-knit polyester for structured game uniforms
- Stretch woven and performance knit for mobility and recovery
- Fabric selected according to button-front, pullover, practice, or batting use
- Material specifications can be matched to your tech pack and approved sample
Moisture control and airflow
Baseball uniforms need to manage heat during games, practices, batting sessions, and tournament play. Poor airflow can make a jersey feel heavy, while the wrong fabric can affect comfort across a long season.
We use moisture-wicking and quick-dry constructions where required. Breathable mesh panels can be added to selected areas to improve airflow without weakening plackets, shoulders, side seams, or other stress points.
Key points
- Moisture-wicking fabrics help move sweat away from the body
- Quick-dry construction helps reduce moisture buildup
- Breathable mesh panels can be added for airflow
- Fabric weight can be adjusted for game, practice, or batting apparel
- Ventilation is positioned without weakening high-stress areas
Placket, seam, and slide durability
Baseball uniforms are exposed to sliding, diving, repeated washing, and seasonal wear. Weak plackets, loose stitching, and poorly reinforced seams can fail quickly, especially on button-front jerseys and pants.
To improve durability, we use reinforced stitching, bartack reinforcements, reinforced plackets, stretch-thread, and high-strength seams where required. Construction follows the approved sample so the bulk order keeps the placket, twill, and pant details you signed off.
Key points
- Reinforced plackets for button-front game jerseys
- Bartack reinforcement at selected stress points
- High-strength seams for sliding, diving, and regular wash cycles
- Stretch-thread where movement and recovery are required
- Stitching, measurements, and tackle twill checked during QC
- Bulk construction follows the approved sample
Baseball fit engineering
Baseball jerseys and pants need to move through batting, throwing, running, and sliding without pulling at the shoulders, seat, or inseam. The fit should also match the program, whether professional, athletic, relaxed, youth, or women's.
We develop patterns for professional, athletic, relaxed, youth, and women's baseball uniforms. Youth and women's sizing are graded from their own blocks rather than reduced from the men's pattern.
Key points
- Button-front, pullover, jersey-only, and full uniform fits can be developed
- Jersey and pant measurements can be matched to your tech pack
- Youth and women's sizing use dedicated grading
- Fit is reviewed during sampling before bulk production
- Approved measurements become the production reference for bulk
Customization options
Choose from our full range of decoration techniques to create your signature look.
Full sublimation printing
High-definition sublimation for team logos, player names, player numbers, sponsor branding, sleeve graphics, striping, gradients, and full custom patterns. Use this for pullover sets, practice jerseys, and graphic-heavy uniforms where the artwork needs to be part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top.
Tackle twill and embroidery
Tackle twill lettering, front numbers, back numbers, embroidered crests, woven patches, appliqué logos, and sleeve marks can be placed to your spec. Placement, stitch density, edge finish, and attachment are checked during sampling and QC so letters do not lift after sliding, washing, or repeated wear.
Private label development
Neck labels, woven labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, polybags, branded packaging, and retail-ready presentation can be developed for baseball apparel brands and teamwear suppliers. Set these trims during sampling so bulk production is not delayed by missing label or packaging approvals.
Team identity customization
Home, away, alternate, and tournament uniforms can be built with custom striping, piping, sleeve graphics, button-front layouts, pullover layouts, Pantone-matched team colors, and matching baseball pants. The goal is a complete team identity, not a stock jersey with a logo swapped in.
