We produce lightweight puffer jackets, insulated winter jackets, quilted outerwear, and fashion puffers to your tech pack using Nylon, Polyester, Ripstop, Softshell, Recycled Polyester, or water-resistant performance fabrics, 60–180 GSM, with synthetic, recycled, microfiber, or down-alternative fill approved on sample before bulk.

Puffer shell fabrics
The shell fabric depends on whether the jacket is fashion, outdoor, travel, packable, or winterwear. A glossy fashion puffer and an outdoor performance puffer should not use the same shell or coating without checking the use case.
We work with Nylon, Polyester, Ripstop, Softshell, Recycled Polyester, and water-resistant performance fabrics from 60–180 GSM. Shell fabric is selected according to weight, finish, tear resistance, coating, and how the fill will be quilted.

Insulation and fill control
Puffer quality depends on fill behavior. Insulation that shifts, clumps, or adds unwanted bulk can make the bulk order feel different from the sample.
We work with synthetic insulation, recycled insulation, microfiber fill, down-alternative padding, and lightweight thermal fillings. Fill type, loft, quilt spacing, and jacket weight are reviewed during sampling before bulk production.

Weather protection and hardware
Outerwear has to handle cold-weather wear, zipper use, pocket stress, and repeated packing. The wrong coating, weak hardware, or poor storm-flap construction can create failures after the sample stage.
We can build with water-resistant coatings, windproof constructions, insulated quilting, storm flaps, elastic cuffs, adjustable hoods, zipper systems, and branded pullers where required. Hardware and quilting are checked before packing.

Fit and puffer silhouette
Puffer fit depends on shell, fill, quilting, length, hood, pocket layout, and intended styling. A longline coat, packable puffer, and oversized fashion jacket need different pattern and fill decisions.
We develop regular, slim, oversized, athletic, and longline silhouettes, with custom hoods, collars, pocket layouts, and insulation levels built into the pattern.

Embroidered logos, silicone patches, woven badges, rubber emblems, metallic branding, sleeve marks, chest marks, and interior branding can be used where the shell and seam allowance can hold the mark without pulling the quilt or flattening the fill.
Hardware and accessories
Zipper systems, branded pullers, snap buttons, drawcords, elastic trims, hood adjusters, storm flaps, pocket hardware, and internal labels can be specified so the hardware on bulk matches the sample you signed off.
Private label development
Woven neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, branded polybags, carton marks, and retail presentation can be set to your brand guidelines. These details are best approved during sampling so the pack-out is ready with production.
Color and material development
Pantone matching, contrast paneling, matte or glossy finishes, recycled materials, specialty coatings, water-resistant finishes, fill type, and custom quilting patterns can be developed around your puffer program. The jacket becomes your outerwear style, not a relabeled stock piece.
