We cut athletic T-shirts, training tees, and lifestyle tees to your tech pack in Cotton, Organic Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-Poly, Tri-Blend, or Performance Polyester, 140–240 GSM, then confirm fit, GSM, stitch, and decoration on a sample before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, gyms, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
T-shirt fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the tee is for lifestyle, promotional, retail, athletic, or training use. A promo tee and a performance training tee should not use the same fabric standard without checking hand feel, wash behavior, and decoration method.
We work with Cotton, Organic Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-Poly blends, Tri-Blends, and Performance Polyester from 140–240 GSM. Fabric is selected according to drape, shrinkage, breathability, print method, and intended fit.

Performance and comfort features
T-shirts need to hold up through washing, wear, and decoration. For athletic programs, fabric also needs to manage moisture and airflow.
We can build with moisture-wicking, quick-dry, anti-odor, UV protection, and breathable constructions where required. These features are selected according to whether the tee is for activewear, sportswear, retail, or promotion.

Neck, stitch, and wash durability
T-shirt quality often fails at the neck, shoulder seams, hem, or print surface. Necks can bag out, cotton can shrink, and prints can crack if fabric and decoration are not matched correctly.
Construction can include reinforced shoulder seams, double-needle stitching, cover stitching, and taped neck seams. Neck shape, measurements, stitching, fabric, and print are checked before packing.

Fit depends on body length, shoulder width, sleeve shape, neckline, hem, and garment dimensions. These details should be approved at sample stage before bulk production begins.
We develop regular, athletic, oversized, slim, and relaxed silhouettes, with custom necklines, sleeve lengths, hems, and garment dimensions based on your tech pack.
