Workout jacket fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the jacket is for running, training, gym, travel, or lifestyle use. A lightweight running jacket and a softshell training jacket need different weight, stretch, coating, and ventilation choices.
We work with Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, Softshell, lightweight woven, brushed performance knits, and recycled technical fabrics from 180–320 GSM. Fabric is selected according to weather spec, stretch, breathability, hand feel, and intended use.

Weather protection and breathability
Workout jackets need to shed weather without trapping heat. Water resistance, wind protection, ventilation, and quick-dry performance should be matched to the training environment.
We can build with water-resistant coatings, windproof constructions, moisture-wicking, quick-dry performance, breathable ventilation, and specialized coatings where required.

Zipper, seam, and trim durability
Workout jackets are stressed at zippers, pockets, cuffs, hems, ventilation openings, and stretch panels. Zipper failure or weak pocket construction can make bulk production feel different from the sample.
Construction can include reinforced seams, cover stitching, bartack reinforcements, zipper systems, stretch panels, zip pockets, and adjustable hems. Zipper function, stitching, measurements, print, and embroidery are checked before packing.

Fit and functional engineering
Workout jacket fit depends on sleeve shape, hood, collar, hem, pocket placement, thumbholes, ventilation, and intended layering. These details should be approved on the sample before bulk starts.
We develop athletic, slim, regular, and relaxed silhouettes, with custom hoods, thumbholes, ventilation panels, zip pockets, adjustable hems, and ergonomic sleeves built into the pattern.

Flat embroidery, tonal embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven badges, sleeve marks, and small chest logos can be used where the fabric and seam allowance can hold the stitch without pulling or interfering with weather panels.
