We make tennis skirts, golf skirts, athletic skorts, pleated skirts, and fashion skirts to your tech pack in Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, Cotton Twill, French Terry, Ponte, performance knits, or recycled materials, 180–320 GSM, then sample the waistband, liner, length, and finish before bulk.
Minimum 10 pieces per design and colorway. Sampling 7–10 business days. Bulk 3–5 weeks after approval, depending on volume and construction. Pricing scales with quantity. Private label for brands, retailers, and distributors in the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Skirt and skort fabrics
The fabric specification depends on whether the style is a tennis skirt, golf skirt, athletic skort, pleated skirt, A-line skirt, or lifestyle skirt. A tennis skort with built-in shorts and a Ponte lifestyle skirt need different fabric behavior.
We work with Polyester-Spandex, Nylon-Spandex, Cotton Twill, French Terry, Ponte, performance knits, and recycled materials from 180–320 GSM. Fabric is selected according to stretch, drape, waistband structure, liner requirements, and intended use.

Performance and comfort features
Skirts and skorts need comfort through movement, washing, and daily wear. For court or course use, the fabric also has to manage moisture and stretch without losing coverage.
We can build with four-way stretch, moisture-wicking, quick-dry, UV protection, anti-odor, and breathable constructions. The performance package is selected according to whether the garment is for sport, gym, or lifestyle.

Waistband, liner, and seam durability
Skirts often fail at the waistband, built-in short, pleat, hem, or pocket area. Rolling waistbands, riding liners, and collapsing pleats can make bulk production feel different from the approved sample.
Construction can include reinforced seams, cover stitching, flatlock construction, waistband testing, built-in shorts, and custom hem finishes. Waistband, length, liner, stitch, and measurement checks are part of QC.

Fit and functional design
Fit depends on rise, waistband, length, liner, pleat structure, pocket placement, and hem finish. These details should be built into the pattern and approved before bulk.
We develop high-waisted, mid-rise, pleated, A-line, fitted, athletic, and relaxed skirts, with custom lengths, built-in shorts, pockets, waistbands, and hem finishes.

Printing and graphic applications
Sublimation, screen print, heat transfer, silicone branding, reflective graphics, specialty print, side-panel graphics, hem marks, and all-over patterns can be developed for tennis, golf, athletic, pleated, or lifestyle skirts. Each method is specified to hold through wash and wear.
Embroidery and branding
Embroidered logos, woven badges, chenille patches, appliqué, decorative stitch, and tonal branding can be used where the fabric, waistband, or panel can hold the stitch without pulling. Placement is reviewed around pleats, pockets, liners, and side seams.
Private label development
Woven labels, heat-transfer labels, care labels, size labels, branded waistbands, hangtags, barcode stickers, polybags, and retail presentation can be set to your brand guidelines. Approve these during sampling so the final pack-out is ready before bulk.
Fabric and color development
Pantone matching, custom dyeing, pleat variations, contrast paneling, liner color, waistband color, sustainable fabrics, and specialized finishes can be developed around your skirt program. The style is built for your collection rather than pulled from a stock block.
