Screen Printing
Premium water-based and plastisol inks for activewear t-shirts, tank tops, and cotton blends — opaque club marks with clean edges that survive the wash.
We match mesh, ink, and pass count to the fabric so coverage stays dense on cotton and blends. Print proofs are approved on the actual garment before bulk.
Heat Transfer
High-durability silicone and reflective heat transfers for stretchable leggings, sports bras, and compression gear — graphics that recover with the fabric instead of cracking on a rigid print.
DTF and specialty transfers are specified to placement, stretch, and wash. We press a sample on the production fabric so peel, hand, and reflectivity are locked before a bulk run.
Custom Trims
Woven neck labels, hem tags, and custom silicone waist grips tailored to your fitness brand specs — the details that make a garment retail-ready under your name.
Care labels, hangtags, and drawcords are sampled with the bulk fabric so color, size, and placement match the tech pack. Trim MOQs are flagged early when they sit apart from garment minimums.
Sublimation Printing
Full-bleed dye sublimation for lightweight jerseys, soccer kits, and basketball uniforms. Graphics dye into polyester so they will not fade, crack, or peel like a surface print.
Artwork, panel alignment, and base fabric are proofed together. Bulk color is locked against the approved sample — not a screen preview — so reorders stay on shade.
Tackle Twill
Professional double-layer twill lettering and numbers stitched directly onto football and baseball uniforms — the league look that holds up to tackle and wash.
We cut, heat-set, and stitch twill to the approved typeface and size. Edges, density, and placement are checked on a sample jersey before the roster is numbered in bulk.
Custom Numbering
Vibrant, league-compliant numbers and player name plates engineered to withstand heavy match play — sublimated, twill, or heat-applied depending on the garment and competition rules.
Send the roster, typeface, and placement notes with the tech pack. We proof one name-and-number set on the production fabric before the full team is decorated.
Custom Embroidery
High-density embroidery and 3D puff designs for premium hoodies, varsity jackets, and streetwear fleece — crests that sit proud where a print would sit too flat.
A stitch-out on the actual fabric comes first. Density, underlay, and thread color are approved before bulk so fine type is sized correctly and puff height is controlled.
Applique Patches
Chenille, felt, and woven patches stitched with precision borders on fleece hoodies and jackets — varsity and streetwear branding with a finished edge.
Patch size, border stitch, and backing are sampled on the production fleece. We agree placement on chest, sleeve, or back before a bulk sew-down.
Cut & Sew Panels
Bespoke panel construction, contrast stitching, and premium metal hardware for outerwear collections — color blocking, pocketing, and trims built into the pattern, not added as an afterthought.
Markers, stitch types, and hardware are locked on the pre-production sample. Bulk follows that spec so the first shipment matches the jacket you signed off.
