Sampling
Design consultation is free. Samples are quoted separately and typically take 7–10 business days after artwork and specs are complete.
Bulk production
After sample approval, bulk usually runs 3–5 weeks depending on volume, fabric, and decoration. Peak season can add time — we say so in the quote.
Sample lock
Bulk matches the approved sample. Changes after approval (fabric, print, trim) restart costing and may restart sampling.
Artwork
Vector files and color targets prevent reprint delays. We will not start bulk print from a low-resolution screenshot.
Quotes and terms
Quotes are based on the brief you send. Payment terms are confirmed on the order — not assumed from a previous program.
What we need on every brief
A complete request gets a usable quote
- Product type, target fabric, and decoration method
- Quantity and size breakdown (or a size range)
- Artwork files and placement notes
- Label, hangtag, and packing requirements
- Delivery destination and needed ex-factory date
- Whether this is a one-off kit or a reorderable private label style
Packing and shipment
Cartons leave ready for your warehouse or club
Unless you specify otherwise, garments are pressed, labeled, and packed by size. Custom barcodes, polybags, and carton marks are available on private label programs.
Freight is arranged to the destination you name. We work with standard air and sea partners — the quote states what is included.
