Color that holds through the season

Base fabric color is locked before cutting. We dye and lot-control shades so a reorder does not drift from the sample you approved — on cotton, blends, and performance polyester.

The dye follows the fiber

Polyester teamwear, cotton fleece, and blended activewear do not take color the same way. We specify the process to the fabric so shade and hand-feel stay stable in bulk.

Reactive dyeing

Used on cellulosic fibers for bright, wash-stable shades on cotton tees and fleece programs.

Pigment dyeing

Softer, vintage-leaning color on casual garments where a washed-in look is the brief.

Vat dyeing

High wet-fastness for deeper shades that need to survive heavy wash programs.

Disperse dyeing

Polyester dyeing for solids that sit under sublimation graphics or stand alone as team colors.

Sportswear fabric prepared for cutting

Bulk color is a production spec, not a guess

We keep dye lots aligned with the approved sample. If a later fabric mill lot shifts, we flag it before cutting rather than mixing shades inside one shipment.

For sublimated kits, the base white or dyed ground is part of the print proof. Color targets belong in the tech pack from day one.

Tell us your fabric requirements and order volume. We'll schedule sampling with you.
