Phase 2: Pre-production sampling (2–3 weeks)
Proto samples validate fit, fabric hand-feel, and branding placements. Revisions are logged against your approved size chart.
Phase 3: Bulk production (4–8 weeks)
Cutting, sewing, decoration, and washing/pressing run in sequence with in-line QC checkpoints.
Phase 4: Final inspection & packaging (3–5 days)
AQL inspection, steam pressing, polybagging, and carton packing with your custom labels and barcodes.
